Christian spiritual formation is the process of being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ for the glory of God and for the sake of others(II Corinthians 3:17-18).

Relationships, marriage and family are at the core of every community. Families are universally recognized as an important source of support and security, being the fundamental unit of society. They can provide safe and stable environments that nurture the growth and development of each member throughout the different stages of life from birth to old age.

The Global Mentorship Network (GMN) offers a transformative 12-Week Mentorship Program aimed at equipping leaders to become versatile, impactful, and effective in their God-given purpose. Built around GMN’s pillars of Personal & Professional Development, Ministry Effectiveness, and Spiritual Formation, the program provides practical mentorship, spiritual growth, and leadership development for individuals from all walks of life.The program is open to everyone. Step 1 — Submit Your Application
Complete the online mentorship application form for the 12-Week Program.
Step 2 — Attend Mentorship Sessions
Participate in virtual or in-person mentorship sessions.
Monthly Mentorship Calls
Engage in monthly mentorship calls that happens every last Monday of the month designed for continuous growth, accountability, and leadership development.
In-Person Trainings & Retreats
Attend seminars, conferences, retreats, and practical training sessions organized by GMN.
